HOSPITALITY SUITE – 2 AVAILABLE (TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY)  

$3,500+cost of Bar/Food  

Be the solo host of a Hospitality Suite at Policy Conference. This sponsorship includes signage at the event, logo napkins, table at entry for brochures or materials. This event will be held Tuesday and Wednesday night from 9-11 pm. The host will also be allowed to address the group during the event. 3 representatives from your company can attend.  

BADGE AGENDA /WIFI 

Upon check-in at the FAC (Florida Association of Counties) Registration Desk, all attendees will receive a pocket-sized agenda included with their name badge.  Sponsorship includes the company logo on the pocket agenda.  This sponsorship also allows free Wi-Fi access to all conference attendees. Sponsorship includes company name associated with login or password and signage.  

CONFERENCE GIVEAWAY

Upon check-in at the FAC Registration Desk, each Commissioner & Staff will receive a conference gift.  This item will have the company logo and/or name on the selected gift.    

AGENDA / SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Upon check in each attendee will receive a schedule of events for the entire conference.  The sponsor logo will be prominently displayed on the event list.  Sponsorship also includes signage at the conference.

The Wednesday lunch will host all conference attendees.  This grab and go box lunch will accompany members on their innovation tours.  Sponsorship included and your company logo on all signage at the luncheon.

This sponsorship includes a daily message from your company in each email being sent to attendees during the conference. Sponsorship also includes signage.  The consent agenda email averages an 80% open rate during the event.
