The Tech Summit room block is at the Riding Academy Hotel –  located on World Equestrian Center (WEC) grounds.  FAC’s group rate at the Riding Academy Hotel is $209/night King Studio and $229/night Double Queen Suite (subject to availability until the cut-off date of 1/6/25).
