The Florida Association of Counties (FAC) Annual Conference is happening June 23-26, 2026, at the Hilton Orlando in Orange County. This year’s theme, Connecting Counties, reflects FAC’s commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation across Florida’s local governments. The event will bring together over 1,000 county commissioners, staff, and business partners for a dynamic program focused on education, best practices, and leadership development. Attendees can look forward to engaging workshops, a 100+ booth educational exhibition, and ample networking opportunities designed to strengthen connections and drive progress among Florida’s counties.

1. Expand Your Knowledge
Participate in over 20 workshops covering topics like AI for permitting, affordable housing, and stormwater management. Each session is designed to provide actionable insights and practical tools for county governance.

Florida’s counties must constantly find ways to increase efficiencies while saving tax dollars. This year’s exhibit hall is set up to help you and your county do just that. More than 100 exhibitors are here to show off the latest technologies and systems to improve the services your county provides while saving money. Make sure to explore, ask questions and build relationships that ensure you take great solutions home.

BADGES
All conference attendees must wear name badges for admission to all sessions, educational exhibits, meal events and social events.
ATTIRE
Business casual is appropriate for the entirety of the conference.
