The Florida Association of Counties (FAC) Annual Conference is happening June 23-26, 2026, at the Hilton Orlando in Orange County. This year’s theme, Connecting Counties, reflects FAC’s commitment to fostering collaboration and innovation across Florida’s local governments. The event will bring together over 1,000 county commissioners, staff, and business partners for a dynamic program focused on education, best practices, and leadership development. Attendees can look forward to engaging workshops, a 100+ booth educational exhibition, and ample networking opportunities designed to strengthen connections and drive progress among Florida’s counties.
