The 2021 FAC Annual Conference and Educational Exposition will be held June 29 - July 2, 2021, at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Orlando. Conference planning is in full swing and we are anticipating attendance be close to 1,000 of Florida’s county commissioners, county administrators, county attorneys and other key local government decision makers.

Premium Booth: $1,800.00 I Standard Booth: $1,600.00 

Premium & Standard booth purchases include two (2) exhibitor registrations, one (1) 10' x 10' booth space with one (1) 6' table including pipe and drape, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) one-line sign for the company name. Premium and Standard booths are determined by location in layout. Premium booths are located in areas with higher visibility, and heavier traffic.  Premium booths are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.

Table Top Exhibits are located in lobby where it's higher visibility, and heavier traffic. Table Top Exhibit purchase include two (2) exhibitor registrations, one (1) 10' x 10' booth space with one (1) 6' table including pipe and drape, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) one-line sign for the company name. 

 

 

   

On June 30th, FAC will be hosting a reception in the Exhibit Hall to encourage attendees to visit with exhibitors and learn more about the products and services available.  FAC wants to help folks visit YOUR booth!  To do that, FAC is hosting our 3rd annual STUFF THE BUS event to provide school supplies to children in need.  Upon entering the Exhibit Hall, attendees will receive a backpack and must visit exhibitors to collect school supplies to fill the backpack.  The filled backpacks will then be placed in a "school bus" at the center of the Exhibit Hall.  All backpacks will be distributed to children in Wakulla County.

Once your online registration has been submitted, a confirmation will be sent to the attendee's email address which will include hotel booking instructions.  All hotel rooms must be booked online via a secure web link specific to the FAC Annual Conference.

All activities of the Florida Association of Counties 2020 Annual Conference and Education Exposition will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. Correspondence from anyone other than FAC should be disregarded. Buyer beware if you receive/pursue offers from other sources, and be especially aware of any seller requiring payment in advance. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering accommodations for your trip, they are not endorsed by or affiliated with the Conference.
