ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY

The Palm Beach County, FL, County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Assistant County Attorney. Membership in the Florida Bar is

required. Excellent academic record is also required. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in civil litigation is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less

experience may be considered. Must have ability to represent the County in various types of civil litigation and provide legal advice to administrative and elected

officials. Experience in local government law and/or commercial litigation is desired.

Must have diligent work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and be a team player.
