SARASOTA COUNTY OFFICE OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY has immediate need for an experienced litigation attorney to join our high functioning, professional, and collegial team.  The position requires a trial attorney with 5 or more years of civil or criminal litigation experience, including jury trial experience to handle the defense and prosecution of claims on behalf of the County in the areas of torts, construction and commercial contract disputes.  Government experience is preferred but not required for consideration.  Membership in The Florida Bar required.
