Chief Operating Officer
Orlando International Airport (OIA) is the largest airport in Florida, the 7th busiest in the United States and the 7th in the world ranked by the number of passengers during calendar year 2021 according to Airports Council International North America (ACI). The airport serves as a significant transportation resource, catalyst and hub in the State of Florida.
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for directing the operational activities of GOAA, establishing and implementing an appropriate system of operational and administrative controls, policies, and procedures to effectively accomplish GOAA’s strategic and tactical objectives and key initiatives. Represent GOAA’s interest and provide guidance and advice to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Directors and internal departments on a wide variety of operational matters related to all aspects of GOAA.
Education/Experience: Bachelor degree in business management, aviation, engineering, or related field and fourteen (14) years management experience, including some executive level management in airport operations, planning, design and construction, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
