Support our 5,000 employees and covered individuals in their Benefits journey. In this role you’ll be responsible for the organization of the Benefit Team’s activities and meetings including calendar management for the Benefits & Wellness Manager and Senior Benefit Analyst, meeting facilitation to include scheduling participants, meeting rooms and appropriate other resources. You’ll also assist with special events and projects for the Benefits and Wellness Teams and provide back-up to the Benefits Coordinator and Benefits Specialist, when applicable.

Job Description:

  • Field benefit inquiries
  • Provide support to the Manager of Employee Benefits and Wellness and Senior Benefits Analyst
  • Administrative duties
  • Provide second-tier services for non-routine issues
  • Make recommendations to peers and senior staff for process improvement and departmental efficiencies
  • Deliver high quality, reliable customer service to all
  • Responsible for maintaining confidentiality, especially when handling information containing Personal Health Information (PHI)

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university with three (3) years experience
  • OR – BS or BA degree in related field and one year of professional administrative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • Benefits experience

Starting Pay Range: $21.02 – $25.00 based on your experience

Position Salary Range: $21.02 – $36.48
