Live and work in the Florida Keys.  The Monroe County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for an Assistant County Attorney position.  Experience with civil litigation, labor and employment law, risk management, sustainability, and federal & state grants will receive priority consideration. 

Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required. Board Certification in City, County, and Local Government Law is preferred.  The office employs 4 levels of Assistant County Attorneys ranging from Assistant County Attorney I to Senior Assistant County Attorney with salaries ranging from $96,905 to $231,111, depending on experience and qualifications.  Monroe County offers an excellent benefits package and is a member of the Florida Retirement System (FRS).
