HR Manager
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Finance and Business Support. Responsibilities include:
• HR Business Partner to Agency management providing leadership and management for all areas of human resources including talent management, total rewards, HR policy, employee relations, HRIS, and training and development.
• Manages a market competitive total rewards and talent management strategy to ensure talent attraction and retention.
• Protects the Agency in accordance with HR policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree required with an advanced degree a plus. MBA/MS
• SPHR certification preferred
• Six years of progressively responsible HR experience in a headquarters location including a minimum of two years HR management experience.
• Must be well versed in HR competencies including HR strategy, talent management, total rewards, employee relations, employment law, HRIS, and training and development.
• Collaborative & flexible style with a strong commitment to public service
• Strong project management skills
