Litigation Watch

“Litigation Watch” offers two different sections containing information, pleadings, memoranda, and orders on pending trial court cases of significance to Florida’s counties. One section contains trial court information and one section contains appellate court information. The source of that information is you. Please contact FAC’s General Counsel if your county has a case pending in a trial or appellate court (state or federal) that you believe is of interest to other counties.
