2008 Legislative Session Quick Reference
The Florida Association of Counties is pleased to present its 2008 Legislative Session Quick Reference. This reference includes the bill number, bill title, bill sponsor and status of all key bills that impact counties.
The FAC 2008 Final Legislative Report will include a more comprehensive review of all bills that impact county government including the budget summary. We anticipate that the Legislative Report will be finalized and posted to the FAC website in the next few weeks.
Copies of all enrolled bills can be obtained at the Florida Legislature's websites: the Florida Senate and the Florida House of Representatives.
