Many plan options are available to local governments wishing to participate. Traditional Indemnity Plans, Point-of-Service Plans, HMOs and PPOs are offered. In addition, each plan may be a fully insured or self-funded (as an Administrative Services Only - ASO) plan. Even more, Group Dental, Group Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and short and long-term disability coverage are offered.
