WORKSHOP REGISTRATION CANCELLATIONS: Refund of workshop registration fee, less an administrative fee of $25, will be allowed provided written or faxed notice of cancellation is received by FAC on or before January 11, 2009. No refunds will be considered after January 11, 2010. No telephone or verbal cancellations will be accepted.
