Each year the FAC membership goes through the policy development process to determine what the Association's positions are for the upcoming legislative session. Following our Legislative Conference we publish our Legislative Program that contains our positions on a variety of issues that affect counties as well as our Priorities Program that contains the top issues voted on by our members. At the end of each session we publish a Final Legislative Report that contains brief summaries of the bills we worked on that year.
