    What you can do:
    Contact members of the House Public Safety and Domestic Security Committee and Senate Health Regulation Committee and let them know the savings your county and taxpayers will receive if this bill (SB 218 / HB 319) passes.

    -FAC is formalizing the qualities looked to in volunteer leaders-
    As part of the 2009-2014 Strategic Plan, FAC committed to cultivating quality leadership that reflects the diversity of membership and a commitment to strengthening the organization and remaining effective by being knowledgeable and trained. One benchmark in achieving that goal is to formalize and create criteria for making appointments to committees, boards and other leadership posts; criteria such as participation in certification programs and serving as policy committee chairs.
